Landon Prieur works with clients on the legal aspects of the technology business. With a background in law, business and software development, Mr. Prieur's experience includes work with startups, technology investments, commercial transactions, intellectual property transfers, venture capital and public and private fundraisings.

Mr. Prieur is a former Product Owner at Bloomberg and inventor on a pending patent application in predictive coding. He is a former Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a leading national law firm, and, before that, at Coudert Bros.

Mr. Prieur holds a BA in Chinese Literature from Oberlin College and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. He attended Columbia Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.
