Erika Jenkins graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1998, and has been practicing in the areas of trademark and copyright law since 1999. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution, including the selection of marks and trade names, clearance of marks for conflict avoidance, filings, assignments and registration maintenance. Her trademark clients include individuals and businesses in the fields of publishing, art, music, software development, cinematography, real estate and engineering. She also has experience in the areas of commercial real estate and leasing, corporate formation, corporate and commercial organization and transactions, licensing, commercial litigation and bankruptcy.

Ms. Jenkins has been Special Counsel to the Pomeroy Law Group PLLC since 2011, focusing on copyright and trademark law. She was previously associated with the firms of Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross LLP and Rivkin Radler LLP.
